PRESS CONFERENCE PHOTOS

Here are some photos from the KISS press conference, held earlier today in Oberhausen, Germany. The band posed for photos and took questions about their Alive / 35 European Tour. Over 120 journalists and photographers from the biggest magazines and TV-stations around Europe attended. The band held a 5 minutes photo session and then the press conference lasted for about 25 minutes.

KISS were in really great spirits and joked around with the press. After the conference was over, they did about 10 different TV-interviews in a separate room.

Tomorrow is a big day - 9 years of waiting for the European fans is finally over!!

Hello KISS!

I was at the NY KISS EXPO this weekend and it kicked ass!
Hundreds of fans packed the Crowne Plaza Hotel and there was much love for the hottest band in the world.

The day included amazing performances from ANGEL, STARZ, JADED, SHOOT THE MOON, ADRENILIZE and was caped off by the HOTTEST KISS tribute band in the world....KISSTERIA!

Maul Stanley did a fun interview with Bruce Kulick, who joined the members of STARZ on stage for a few songs. Other special guests included Ginger from the Wildhearts, Joey Belladonna of Anthrax, model Cathy St. George, and radio personality Eddie Trunk.

We just got our sweaty hands around the TELLY AWARD, which was awarded to our GENE SIMMONS FAMILY JEWELS TV show.

"GENE SIMMONS Family Jewels" was honored by the 29th annual Telly Awards with a bronze award. Founded in 1978, The Telly is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional and cable TV programs, as well as the finest video and film productions.

"GENE SIMMONS Family Jewels" was chosen from more than 14,000 entries from around the world.

Hello KISS!

My husband is a huge KISS fan and has introduced your music to our twin 10 year sons. When they had to choose a song for their Variety show at school that had a theme of America, they all wanted to do "Detroit Rock City". I initially was against it, not thinking it was appropriate for an elementary school show. From the pictures below you can see who won that argument. I admit I was wrong, they stole the show and had a blast doing it. A new generation loves you guys as much as their parents did. We love the A&E show, Keep on Rockin'.

KISS WILL SHAKE STADIUM!

Only a few days before Kylie Minogue’s show and just in time to augur the hot emotional musical summer to follow, US rock band KISS will shake Sofia’s Akademik Stadium down to its foundations on May 16.
